Another thing you can do to gauge the precise time (to the minute) that the full moon is at its peak for any given location, is by using a very cool named device called a 'moontool.'

Please note: This tool has absolutely nothing to do with a shovel or other sort of tool that you might use while walking around on the moon. (!)
