Calendar Print Tips For Practical Purposes

• The first thing to do is to print out your printable calendar. Put it up on your wall and pen in the money days, the work days, holidays, and important days. Let it guide you through the month.


• Give it as a gift to friends or colleagues. Make sure you put your birthday in there, and theirs too. Add something extra and personal to it, like little photos or inspirational quotes.


• Use it to keep track of your expenses and budgets. For example, if you start the month with $1000, try to end up the month with 10 times that. Or even better, 100 times that!


• Write little affirmations on your printable blank calendar. Affirmations are like little positive talks you have with yourself. They should be written as if you have already received the thing you're asking for, and that you're just giving thanks for it coming to you.


• Every month (or every week) choose a day to do something outrageous or out of the ordinary, that takes a risk on your part. For example, you could call a respected business person you really admire and ask them out for lunch to take notes and learn the secrets to the good life. Make sure to compliment them on the Porsche.


• Use your calendar print template to write in the days when you will talk to your mentor, or brainstorm group, or those mighty cool colleagues that keep you on your toes and ask great questions like "have you completed that Deep Space Treaty thesis yet?"


• Get ruthless about trying something different. Try to do things differently. If it hasn't been working, stop it. Give yourself some space and opportunity to do something else. Read Price Pritchett's amazing book 'You2.'
