But what is a timeshare or holiday calendar? (Also called a vacation rental calendar).
A timeshare is basically a form of vacation property ownership. In other words, the use and costs of running the resort are shared among the owners.
While the majority of timeshares are condominiums or cooperatives at vacation destinations, the timeshare model has also been applied to house boats, yachts, motor homes, cruises and private jets too.
Finding A Timeshare Calendar
So you can share in ownership of a vacation resort or destination and, using a houseboat as an example, you use a timeshare or rental calendar to arrange and fit in your (and other owner's) vacation time on that houseboat.
